The quest for the perfect pork bun
We began our quest at a tour in Singapore at a hawker centre...
Found: nothing (￣ー￣)
At the fish farm...
Found: char siu bao buns, not quite pork buns 🙄
Another hawker centre again!
Found: dumplings disguised as pork buns 😐
At a bus station, Mum was supposed to get us pork buns, but can't speak Chinese!
Thus ended up with giant buns with no pork!!!!! 😠
In Malaysia, a restaurant below our apartment...
Found: pork buns!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Finally my quest was at an end! Thank you D'Shanghai!
Now we have had pork buns a few times again and are safe from dumplings disguised as pork buns in Ireland.
