Northern Ireland
Since we last posted, we spent six wonderful days in Northern Ireland, staying with our friend Sharon and her two sons. I'll do some separate posts for our more major, photo-heavy outings, but here are some of the other things we did while based at Sharon's.

After our gunpowder history lesson, we did a tour of the famous Tower Bridge. This included going up and down both main towers, walking along the top level (including on the new-ish glass floors, to the consternation of some of our party!), and a visit to the old engine rooms.
